Order for Re-engagement - (noun)

Definition

Employees in the United Kingdom who believe they have been unfairly dismissed by their employer can bring a case in an employment tribunal. If the tribunal finds in the employee’s favour, it can issue a re-engagement order. This orders the employer to re-employ the employee on new terms with no loss of continuity of employment.
