Genuine Occupational Requirement - (adjective + noun)
Definition
If an employer can prove there is a genuine occupational requirement, he or she can discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, religion, age, or sexual orientation when making decisions of recruitment, transfer, training, or dismissal of staff.
