Positive Action - (adjective + noun)

Definition

These are measures to eliminate or remedy past discrimination. It promotes equality of outcomes.

Example of Use: The Football League announced a plan of positive action to promote more coaches and managers from ethnic minority backgrounds. It wants to make it mandatory for clubs to interview at least one candidate from a black, Asian or other ethnic minority background for positions in youth development.
